It is with deep sadness that we advise all our staff and patients that our beloved Dr Neville Rothfield passed away last Saturday 12/01/2019 aged 96.
Dr Rothfield was not only respected by all at Broadmeadow Medical Centre and his peers, but by the wider community as a whole.
He worked at Broadmeadow Medical Centre for 15 of his 71 years of doctoring.
His compassion, knowledge, stories and sense of humour will be sadly missed by all.

Dr Rothfield’s funeral last Friday at St Peters Hamilton was a very sad, moving & respectful tribute to a great man. The church was packed with past & recent work colleges, his peers and his beautiful family and friends.
Dr Rothfield will be remembered for his tireless support of his patients from young to old through his 71 years of doctoring & his work with the army reserves.
We will remember him fondly and think of him often. Our own Dr Olga Ostrowskyj gave a moving eulogy on behalf of the medical fraternity & our surgery. See eulogy below
